We are excited to be able to report that work is under way in translating some of the Powerpack resources into Burmese language.

Our initial projects are to produce "The Father's House" children's discipleship teaching series. A children's praise and worship CD. A drama collection.

We thank God for the team that He has brought together.

We are working together with a couple who have made good progress on translating "The Father's House". The teaching series comprises lessons, activity sheets, dramas and songs.

Already ten songs have been translated and demo recordings have been made for six of the songs.

We have a team member who is very musical. He has done a great job arranging and recording the demos.

We have a Burmese congregation, as well as the International and Thai congregations, in our church here in Chiang Mai. One of the Burmese church members was able to sing for the demo recordings. We will be drawing together a group to review the translations and demo songs before going on to record the CD, hopefully with a children's choir as well.

We have other contacts who are willing to help with translation and checking.

At Powerpack Kingdom Faith this summer, the mission focus for the children was to support this work. The children and their families brought an offering and we had a Powerpack Thailand shop. We were able to raise over £800. We have already been able to purchase a printer for our translators to print out resources for reading, checking and sharing in small quantities.
